The “big launch” era is over.
Smart women are selling tiny assets that make real money.
Dear Beloved Reader,
Penelope was tired. Not from working hard—she never minded that. What exhausted her was the constant pressure.
If she took a day off, her income suffered.
When she tried to unplug, her business stopped cold.
One morning, looking at her packed calendar, the truth hit her like a wave: "I've built a business that can't survive without me in the room."
That simple thought changed everything.
She stopped showing up for every sale and built something that sold itself.
That summer afternoon by the lake, Penelope watched her kids splash in the water. She smiled.

No laptop open. No business calls. Yet money was still coming in.
"So this," she thought, feeling the warm sun on her face, "is what freedom actually feels like."
This Is What Growth Looks Like:
The moment I stopped selling what I do and started selling what I know, everything changed.
Most women try to replace 1:1 calls with courses.
But what works better—especially early on—is creating tiny assets that remove you from the process.
Here’s how I did that:
1. Capture your repeatable insight
What are you tired of explaining in every DM or Zoom call? That’s your product.
→ It’s not your full process—it’s a single shift, shortcut, or starting point.
2. Build a 10-minute win
Instead of “teaching,” deliver a quick result.
→ Create a checklist that fixes a mistake.
→ Share your exact intake form.
→ Give a before/after example with your notes.
People will pay to skip confusion.
3. Don’t launch—just test
Sell it with one sentence:
“Here’s something I use every week. It’s $17 if you want it.”
Your first product isn’t about going viral.
It’s about building proof: for you, and for them.
One sale? Ask for feedback.
Improve it.
Sell again.
Proof:
According to ConvertKit, 61% of creators made their first online sale from a small offer under $50—most without a big audience or fancy setup.
Unique Perspective:
❝
Courses are great.
But a $19 Google Doc that solves a real problem might change your life faster.
