Want more engagement?

Real leadership isn’t loud—it’s honest, and just a little bit early.

Big news: Starting this week, our focus inside this newsletter is helping you build your own full-of-life community, step by step. That means new members, onboarding, vibe-setting, engagement, rules, rituals… all of it. And we’re not just talking about it. We’ll be testing everything inside our Womenpreneur Facebook group and showing you the approach and results exactly in real time, linking a Loom video here in our emails.

“This email will show you how going first, before you’re ready shifts the entire energy of your group and build deeper trust than any tip ever could.”

Dear Beloved Reader,

Penelope saw two women that day.

The first was Lady Frances, at the dressmaker’s.

They spoke in polished sentences—“How lovely,” “Quite right,” “So busy these days.”
Not false… just weightless.
As they parted, Penelope smiled, but her chest felt tight—like she’d been holding her breath the whole time.

That afternoon, she visited Clara.

They sat on the floor with lukewarm tea, laughing about nothing, crying about everything.
Clara admitted she hadn’t replied to a single message in days.
Penelope confessed she’d nearly backed out of a collaboration—from quiet burnout.
No advice. Just presence.

When Penelope left, her hair was a mess, her heart lighter, and she hadn’t even noticed the time.

That night, she looked at her Facebook group and thought:

“What if more of us spoke like we do with friends?”

So she wrote something unpolished.
Not a tip. Just truth.

And the women didn’t scroll past.
They stopped.
They replied.
And for once, the thread felt like conversation, not content.

Redefining Strength in Business Spaces.

Let’s be real for a moment.

It’s hard to be vulnerable in a space where everyone’s pitching.

I’ve felt it too—that pressure to keep things “professional.” To only show up when you’ve got something polished, packaged, or profitable to share.

But here’s the problem…

If everyone is performing, who’s connecting?

If every post is crafted to convert, who’s creating trust?

A few days ago, I posted something in the group that wasn’t tidy.
It wasn’t a tip.
It wasn’t a launch.
It wasn’t even edited.

It was just the truth, in the middle of a messy week.

And the response?

Surprising. Beautiful. Honest.

People who had never spoken started sharing. The whole energy shifted—because someone finally went first without asking for anything in return.

That’s when I was reminded of something I deeply believe:

💬 The strongest leaders I know? They tell the truth before it’s tidy.

They don’t wait until they’ve got the answer, the lesson, or the win.
They go first, so others feel safe to follow.

Not to sell—but to connect.

And yes… I get it.
In a group where promotion is part of the rhythm, that shift doesn’t happen overnight.

But here’s what I know:
If you want people to care about your offers—start by showing them why they should care about you.

You don’t have to bare your soul.
But you do have to stop hiding behind the pitch.

Proof in Numbers:

Posts that show vulnerability generate 2x more comments than promotional or tip-based content (Meta for Business, 2023).

Personal Opinion:

Growth isn’t always the goal.
Sometimes, it’s about mattering more to fewer people.
Chasing bigger numbers can distract you from the ones already leaning in.
